These terms govern your interaction with our custom apparel platform, including browsing, ordering, and engaging with our customization services. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.
Use of the Site
The Site is designed exclusively for personal, non-commercial use by customers seeking made-to-order apparel services. You expressly agree not to: (1) use automated bots or scrapers to extract product data or pricing information (as this compromises our proprietary customization systems), (2) attempt to reverse-engineer our design templates or customization tools, or (3) place bulk orders that suggest commercial resale intentions. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and cancellation of pending orders without refund. Our systems are monitored for unusual activity patterns that deviate from typical consumer purchasing behavior.
Intellectual Property
All visual content, including but not limited to design templates, customization interfaces, product mockups, and branding elements are the exclusive property of the Site or its licensors. This includes all user-generated designs submitted through our customization portal, which become licensed to us for production purposes. You retain ownership of original artwork you upload, but grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce such artwork solely for fulfilling your order. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our customization tools or design assets will constitute infringement.
Product Information
While we make every effort to accurately represent our customizable products through digital mockups and sample imagery, slight variations may occur in final production due to the handmade nature of our services. Color reproduction may differ between device screens and physical garments. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors discovered after order submission, in which case we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order. Customization options shown as available are subject to material inventory and may become unavailable without notice.
Orders & Production
All customized orders require additional processing time compared to standard retail purchases. Typical production timelines range between 10-21 business days before shipment, excluding transit time. During peak seasons or for complex customization requests, additional production days may be required. You will receive email notifications at each production milestone. We cannot accommodate rush requests for customized items due to the meticulous handcrafting process involved in fulfilling each unique order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, standard returns are not accepted. However, we offer a 21-day exchange period for items with manufacturing defects or significant deviations from your customization specifications. To qualify, you must notify us within 21 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Final approval for exchanges rests with our quality control team. Customized items cannot be resold or returned to inventory, therefore we cannot accept returns based on subjective preferences or sizing choices.
Third-Party Services
The Site may integrate with third-party design tools, payment processors, or logistics providers to facilitate your customization experience. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We disclaim all responsibility for: (1) payment processing errors occurring through third-party gateways, (2) design tool malfunctions that may affect your customization previews, or (3) shipping delays caused by carrier networks. It is your responsibility to review and understand these external terms before proceeding with transactions.
Disclaimer
The Site and its customization services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: (1) uninterrupted access to customization tools (which may require periodic maintenance), (2) absolute color matching between digital previews and physical products, or (3) indefinite availability of specific customization options that may be discontinued without notice. The handmade nature of our products means minor variations in stitching, printing, or finishing may occur and do not constitute defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for: (1) production delays caused by material shortages or customization complexity, (2) inaccuracies in digital mockups that differ from physical products, (3) damages arising from improper garment care (as all customized items require specific washing instructions), or (4) third-party service failures affecting the customization or delivery process. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms to reflect changes in our customization processes, legal requirements, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated through the Site interface at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of customization services after such changes constitutes acceptance. The version date displayed at the bottom of these Terms indicates the last substantive revision.
