    Processing Time

    Custom orders require additional care in production. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation to ensure your personalized items meet our quality standards. During seasonal peaks (holiday periods or special collection launches), processing may extend to 10 business days. You'll receive email notifications at each production milestone so you're always informed about your order's progress.

    Shipping Time

    Shipping begins after your custom items complete our quality inspection process. Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 10-18 business days via standard shipping. International shipments to Canada, Europe, and Australia require 14-25 business days, accounting for both production time and customs processing. These extended timelines reflect our commitment to delivering perfectly customized basics rather than mass-produced items.

    Expedited Delivery Options

    Expedited Processing

    For urgent custom orders, we offer prioritized production scheduling at an additional US$25 fee. This reduces processing time to 3-5 business days while maintaining our quality standards. Expedited processing must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

    Expedited Shipping

    When combined with expedited processing, expedited shipping delivers domestic orders in 5-8 business days total (processing + transit). International expedited orders typically arrive within 8-12 business days. Note that customs processing may still cause delays beyond our control.

    International Customs Considerations

    All international shipments are declared as "Custom Apparel" with the full value for customs purposes. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after 30 days, at which point we may issue a store credit minus a US$25 restocking fee and original shipping costs.

    Delivery Address Requirements

    We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses due to carrier restrictions on custom goods. Please provide a physical address where someone can sign for your package during regular business hours. Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of order placement - after this window, changes may delay your order by 3-5 business days.

    Order Tracking & Support

    You'll receive a production confirmation email within 24 hours, followed by a shipping notification with tracking when your order departs. While we provide full tracking for domestic orders, some international carriers may only show tracking until the package leaves the U.S. For any concerns about your order's status, contact [email protected] with your order number.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Due to the custom nature of our products, we offer a 21-day return window from the delivery date for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Standard returns are not accepted for custom items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. All return requests must be initiated within 21 days of delivery for consideration.
