    Payment Methods

    We exclusively process payments through encrypted channels accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Your payment must clear before we initiate production of custom items. For security, we may request additional verification for large orders or international transactions. Declined payments will automatically cancel your order.

    Order Processing

    Custom orders require 3-7 business days for production before shipping. You'll receive two confirmation emails: an immediate payment receipt and a separate production confirmation within 24 hours. Carefully review sizing, color selections, and customization details in these emails - alterations cannot be made once production begins. Inventory is reserved only after successful payment authorization.

    Order Modifications & Cancellations

    Requests to change or cancel custom items must be submitted within 6 hours of order placement via [email protected]. We cannot accommodate changes after production commences. For non-custom items, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours if the order hasn't entered fulfillment. We reserve full discretion to cancel orders exhibiting suspicious activity, payment issues, or inventory discrepancies without prior notice.

    Pricing & Currency

    All displayed prices are final in USD excluding regional duties. Custom orders may incur additional charges for complex designs - these will be clearly itemized before payment. Price adjustments don't apply to completed purchases. International customers are responsible for all import taxes, which will NOT appear in your checkout total. Contact your local customs office for estimates.

    Production & Shipping

    Custom items require 5-10 business days for production before shipping. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days globally (20-30 days for remote locations). Express shipping reduces transit time by 40% but doesn't accelerate production. You'll receive a production completion email with tracking when your order ships. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs inspections.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects within 21 days of delivery. Non-defective custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. For standard products, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 21 days for store credit (minus shipping costs). Initiate returns by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping is at customer's expense.
